Male Breast Reduction / Gynecomastia, Liposuction - While I am super glad I can walk around wearing a tshirt and I don't look like a pubescent girl around the chest, there are one or two spots I'm a little concerned about. My gynecomastia was pretty severe and it's nearly completely gone. There is a tiny spot on the right side where I can feel some of the glandular tissue still in there, but it's not very noticeable. There is one spot on the left side where I think a tiny amount too much was taken off and there's a little impression right under the nipple area. Again, this is a minor concern when compared to walking around with breasts. All things said, I'd much rather have what I have now than what I had before. That said, I would like to ask the doctor about these spots because if there is a way to fix up these last couple of places, then I would be exceedingly pleased with nothing but amazing things to say. More

Breast Reduction - My breast reduction was a challenging experience and I had complications. This was not the fault if the doctor or staff, it was my body's response. However, Dr. Setty moved swiftly on all accounts and got me the best care need for my situation. He saw me every week sometimes twice a week until my status was handed off to the specialist suited to help me in my situation best. Once hand off was made Dr. Setty and his team followed up with the other staff and me weekly. Breast Reduction - In October of 2018 I had surgery for a breast reduction. My journey started out with a consultation with Dr. Setty. He made me feel comfortable right away. I had a ton of questions and Dr. Setty answered every one of them and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated that Dr. Setty was honest and up front with me about what to expect. I decided I wanted him to be my surgeon before I even left his office. His office staff is what sealed the deal. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging.
