This is a 18 y/o male who had developed one sided gynecomastia (male breast tissue) during puberty. He had a workup to ensure that he had no hormonal issues. He underwent surgery to have the breast tissue removed. An incision was made along the areola edge and the breast tissue was directly removed. He is shown 3 months after surgery.
