This 70 year old female had silicone breast implants placed 38 years ago. She had developed significant hardening to her breasts and had rupture of the implants. She underwent total capsulectomy and removal of the ruptured implants. Fat transfer was done after liposuction of her abdomen and flanks. A total of 500 cc was placed to each breast. She is shown 6 months after surgery.
