This is a 49 y/o female who had a breast augmentation with anatomical 450 cc saline implants in 2004. Her right breast implant ruptured 1 week prior to presenting to the office. Her left breast implant appeared to be flipped upside down. She was taken to the operating room and her previous implants were removed and replaced with Ideal Implants filled to 425 cc. She is shown 6 months after surgery with a more natural appearance to her breasts.
