She underwent a bilateral breast implant exchange from saline implants to 365 cc round smooth high profile cohesive silicone implants as well as a nipple reduction. She switched from saline to cohesive silicone to minimize rippling that she had from her saline implants. Her nipples had become prominent after breast feeding her children.
