63-year-old female shown 2 years after a breast implant exchange and lift from saline implants to Ideal Implants (480 cc on R and 440 cc on L). Her implants were in a dual plane position. She had a deflation of her left breast implant that led to revision. Her previous implants had been in place for 26 years.
