Just had botox and filler done by Irais, and I gotta say she's got the magic touch!! First off, she took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions, she def knows her stuff!! It was not painful and I am loving my results - perfectly natural and exactly what I wanted - a fresh version of myself! If you're thinking about getting Botox or fillers, go see Irais!!!

I could not have chosen a better Doctor. From Dr. Setty, to Dr. Simpson (anesthesiologist), to the staff. Cindy greeted us as we arrived and everyone was extremely nice, professional, and inviting. Dr. Setty has the best bedside manner, and thoroughly took his time addressing my desires, and any concerns I had prior to surgery. Arm Lift, Breast Augmentation, Liposuction - Dr. Setty is very professional and helps to set realistic expectations about the procedures. 

Breast Implant Revision - Dr. Setty performed the requested implant removal/modification services and has staff has been proactive in setting follow-up appointments to check on the status of the post op healing.

Tummy Tuck, Breast Reduction, Liposuction - Dr Setty and staff were (and continue to be) so personable. This was my first cosmetic surgery experience and it was a pretty major one. Between reviews, his "bio", and his sit-down approach Setty had me at ease with what he would be able to accomplish.

I could not be happier with my experience with Dr Setty and his facility! Before I had gone to my consultation with Dr. Setty, I had seen two other plastic surgeons for consultations. I was looking for a breast lift and augmentation to help with sagging and asymmetry from weight loss and gain over the years. Both of the plastic surgeons that I had seen prior Dr. Setty encouraged to just do an augmentation and to go with a larger size that I was looking for. When I went to see Dr. Setty for a consultation, not only did he take the time to listen to my goals, but he sat down with me and talked through a couple of recommended scenarios all based on around what I was looking for. Every appointment since the consultation, I have felt entirely comfortable through the whole process. Dr. Setty and his nurses took the time to answer all my questions (and there were a lot) and to address any concerns I had. Dr. Setty even called me the day, following my surgery, which was a Saturday, to check in to see how I was feeling. Dr Setty and his staff truly care about his patients and the results they are looking for. I could not be happier with my results and my experience. Could not recommend more highly.

The best outcome possible - I could not have been happier with my experience with Dr Setty and his facility! When I initially came in for my consultation, I had gone to two other plastic surgeons for consultations. I was interested in a breast lift and augmentation, both of the other plastic surgeons encouraged me to just go with an augmentation, and go with a larger size than I wanted to get the results that I was looking for. When I came in to see Dr. Setty, he sat down and listened to my goals and he examined me. To me, he took more time during the examination than the others. After that he went through his recommendations based on what I was looking for, a lift and augmentation. I booked my surgery shortly after and when I came in for my preop appointment, his nurses could not have been more comforting and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions (and I had a lot). They made sure I understood everything that I would need to do prior and after to the surgery to have the best outcome possible. The day of the surgery I was really nervous but again the nurse could not have been a more happy, comforting face in the room. When Dr Setty said he came in, he made me feel the same as his nurse did. He talked me through a couple of scenarios to get the results that I was looking for. The day following the surgery, he called me personally on a Saturday to check in. My postop appointments have only been positive experiences as well. I could not be happier with my results. Too early for me to talk about my results but I highly recommend him - I am 2 days post-op from a skinny BBL, Lipo to flanks, arms, with Dr. Setty and his team. I am 5 ft 2.5 inches tall and 125 lbs. Researching a skinny BBL results has been difficult I feel so I’ll share my journey as I go. It’s too early for me to really talk about my results, but as far as doctors, Dr. Setty is an excellent choice. I had researched doctors for 6 months, spoke to about 10 offices in the DFW and had consults at 3 offices. Dr. Setty by far had the best bedside manner and actually listened to what I was hoping to accomplish. Jessica and Miranda were the 2 main staff/nurses I spoke to and answered my questions I had before surgery. The morning of surgery, the nurse I had was very sweet, I don’t recall her name. The anesthesiologist Dr. Simpson spoke to me as well, I felt very at ease that morning. Dr. Setty came in to do the mark ups before surgery and again answered the couple of questions I had regarding possible scar tissue from another surgery. From what I see he was able to get 800cc of fat in total, so I imagine 400cc into each glute, and even to my side hip area which I am pleasantly surprised was able to do some of the side hip. The long term plan is I might need to add Sculptra after healed, to get the full volume I’m looking for. I’ll update as I heal but if looking for a surgeon in the DFW area, I highly recommend Dr. Setty! I hear he does beautiful breast implants as well.

I had breast augmentation 7 weeks ago and was expecting to be extremely sore. I had talked to so many people about the pain they experienced afterwards and was told be prepared to not do much with my arms. I was not sore and was even able to wash my own hair after 48hrs. I say this has a lot to do with the care Dr Setty gives you. Can’t wait to have the money for a tummy tuck.

Dr. Setty did my breast augmentation in Feb 2020. I remember coming in for the consultation feeling incredibly insecure and I sobbed (I know, I can be dramatic). Over 3 years later, I'm still beyond happy with my results and I'm forever grateful to Dr. Setty and his team for literally changing my life. They were kind so kind and supportive. I remember he called me that night after my surgery to check on me, and his team continued to follow up regularly. Wow my injector Iris I saw Tuesday is truly amazing she definitely knows her work I’ve never been so pleased with the Fillers and Botox she knows exactly where to place it. I look fabulous! Update I had my second skin pen on Monday 9/11 by Ashlynn and I kinda panicked three days later because of the scabbing and blotches but today 5 days later my skin looks better than it ever has. Dr Setty is wow highly skilled, detailed, meticulous and caring. All of his staff have been fantastic to work with from the initial visit to the day of surgery and post op! I had a reverse tummy tuck all the way around 360 and an arm lift (to remove loose skin from all these areas). Surgery went fantastic and the results are amazing! Even better than i had anticipated! My incisions/scars are healing so well. I could easily be in a bathing suit on the beach as they are barely showing on my skin and I am only 8 weeks post op. I hope to be doing more procedures with Dr Setty as I will be 60yrs old in three months, and on a mission to get rid of all the loose skin on lower body as well (i am an athletic/fit/lean body type).

I had my first Botox experience with Irais and it was great! She was very informative and patient with my questions. The entire staff is wonderful as well. Definitely recommend.

6 weeks post-op silicone, under muscle implants & feel great - I am currently 6 weeks post-op and feel great everything healed well! I had silicone implants under the muscle. I felt fully recovered after about 4 days. The first two days were the hardest with all the pressure and tightness on my chest. Other than that the recovery process was a breeze! I’ve been seeing Autumn since 2021 and can’t say enough great things about her and the entire Setty team! I’ve had excellent results after Morpheus 8, HALO, Coolsculpting and now Evolve. I’ve recently become self-conscious of my aging skin. Getting paired with Ashlyn has helped me not only look great, but feel even better about myself with regular soothing hydra-facials. I love the results of my chin lipo - made a huge difference - I was unhappy about my chin fat even if I was skinny. I did chin lipo + facetite. Thought about it for awhile! Wish I’ve done it earlier. I was so nervous about going in due to being an awake surgery. Dr setty is very knowledgeable and have good side bed manner. It didn’t hurt at all! Only a pitch when he numb it up. I am so happy with my results from Irais at Setty Plastics in Mckinney. The office is beautiful, the front office staff provided excellent customer service and offered refreshments at check-in. Irias called me back and she first asked me about my history of Botox and my expectations for the appointment. After her consultation, we agreed to my treatment and I really love my results! I am looking forward to my next appointment with Irais!

Breast Lift, Breast Augmentation, Liposuction - After being in a car accident in 2011 and having issues with my breast implants from scarring, having multiple breast surgeries where I went smaller hoping that would stop the encapsulations from occurring but, it didn’t and I was in a lot of pain for years. I was unaware that my previous Doctors were half doing their job, they never repaired the old pockets or removed the old scar tissue. They just took out one and put in another, they used me to “practice medicine upon “. Dr. Setty did something that two other Doctors said could not be done, my surgery included a breast lift, repair of old pockets, removal of old scar tissue, new implants and liposuction. I don’t remember how long it was supposed to take but, I do know it went about 4 hours longer and that was because he saw what was left by previous Doctors and repaired it. He put the implants as far back under the muscles as he could get them. They no longer hurt or look deformed, my breast are pretty and pain free thanks to him. My love handles are gone, dumb name for them, no one loves them ? and although I have always had a killer body due to the gym and eat fairly healthy, the love handles were with me but, not anymore neither are my bra rolls.

From start to finish, my experience with Dr. setty and staff was very professional and I had full confidence in him from the first consult. He has a very calming demeanor. His nursing staff was so helpful with sizing and walking me through that process.

Wow my injector Iris I saw Tuesday is truly amazing she definitely knows her work I’ve never been so pleased with the Fillers and Botox she knows exactly where to place it. I look fabulous!

I went in to see Tiffany and got the Broadband Light (BBL) treatment for my face for redness and rosecea. I’ve tried IPL and that didn’t give me the results BBL did. I love the results after just 1 treatment! Tiffany was amazing,  she listened to my concerns and provided a lot of information and guidance regarding aftercare and when I could schedule another appt. if I felt I needed another treatment.  I’ll definitely be back for other skincare needs!!

I waited a few months past my 6 month post op visit to provide this review, and here’s why! I had a breast aug/lift with a mini tummy tuck/lipo, and I wanted to be able to provide a full spectrum review - one that encompassed my complete experience, one that occurred after my entire healing process finished (when everything had “settled” and “softened” back into place) and, most importantly, at a time when I could deliver an honest answer if someone asked if I had a referral for the work I had done. I was so nervous about pulling the trigger on this procedure as I didn’t want to be underdone OR overdone, which is complicated and ALL in the details. I honestly believe Dr. Setty and his staff care about achieving the goal YOU as a patient desire. He and his staff asked very specific questions to gauge the exact “look” I was after. I didn’t even know how to define what I wanted, so we looked at pictures and discussed what I liked or didn’t like about each. I had no idea what “size” I was after nor how to convey the things I wanted and didn’t want. I had an idea in my head that I found it hard to depict with verbal descriptions because I was terrified of disliking the outcome if signals got crossed or my descriptions were misinterpreted. But, thankfully, that did not happen! I love my results and couldn’t be happier! From beginning to end, Dr. Setty and his staff were top notch! Every step of this journey has been an incredible experience for me. I felt like Dr. Setty truly cared about reaching my goal and went above and beyond to deliver a perfect outcome! If I ever reach a place where I decide to have another procedure done, I will 100% be going to Dr. Setty and highly recommend you do too!

Given my situation, they were very kind and understand. They made sure I was heard about my concerns, validated those concerns, and explained, thoroughly, what they would do to help correct them. It's such a stigma around wanting to improve one's self image, but they were very genuine and caring. They made the whole appointment so easy and the patient coordinator was so understanding and mindful of what I needed and expected. This is a phenomenal group of people and I look forward letting them provide treatment on me in the future.

25, 5'3, 155-160lbs, breast lift, 385cc Sientra implants & abdomen lipo - After searching for about a year and a half, I found Dr. Setty on RealSelf! He was the 4th doctor I've spoken with, and after meeting him and his team it just felt right. What I was needing was definitely aligned with all the work I've seen of his, so I knew I was in good hands. :) Some background about me: i'm 25, 5'3ish and 155-160lbs. I have one child born in 2020 - after having him, I've experienced some pretty extreme sagging and loss of volume. I didn't know what exactly I needed, but I expressed my areas of concern and showed some goal images to Dr. Setty and really just let him decide what would suit me best based on all of that. Best decision ever!! He knew what I needed in order to get those results and y'all he knocked it out the park!! We ended up doing a breast lift with implants (385cc sientra implants) and some lipo to the abdomen. Right now, I am 6 days post op. I was surprised to realize the lipo pain initially was way worse than the breast pain. I really had little to no drainage which pleasantly surprised me. I'm pretty bruised on the breasts, and really not bruised on the lipo areas at all. Obviously there is a little swelling but I can definitely see that I'm way more contoured than I was before. Y'all. words can't describe how happy I am with the results!! After surgery, there was never a single moment of regret or wishing I had done anything differently. Obviously, I still need to fully heal, but the whole process has been so perfect so far. His team was so great to me and helped put my mind at ease before and after surgery. I'm starting a fan club 10/10 recommend!!

When looking for a surgeon I knew I wanted the best and I was willing to travel. I researched the specific procedure I wanted done then looked to see who was the premier surgeon for that. I immediately found Dr. Setty. Since I lived out of state, I did an online video consultation and knew this is who I wanted. Once going in person for my pre-op it just confirmed my decision all the more. The office called me & warned me about bad weather on our drive there. Super friendly and accommodating. I have been very satisfied with my results. We alter my follow up appointments between in person and online video to save from driving all the time.

I was very anxious about this procedure, as it is the first elective/cosmetic procedure I’ve had. However, it’s also one I’ve wanted for quite some time, so I did lots of research before making the decision to move forward and choosing a surgeon to trust. This being the 4th time I have had an implant exchange I just wanted to say this was by far above all expectations. This was a well oiled machine and the process and team overseeing this went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. The team rhat Dr. Setty has in place is extraordinary from reception on and the way that they speak of him leaves no question to the type of doctor and man that he is. They had me thoroughly prepared and I am very thankful for the entire team.

I loved my experience I was super scared and he made me feel very comfortable the anesthesiologist did as well the nurses everyone was wonderful I love my results and I would recommend Dr. Setty in this office to family and friends love you all!

I wanted lip injections for added volume and had two separate appointments. I did a good amount of research prior to my appointment and knew about how much volume I wanted specifically but of course sought individual consultation with the expert team at Setty Plastics first. My first appointment was with Sasha who I believe was helping out due to their normal injector being out on maternity leave. Was very happy with my results from my first injection appointment (I got Revanesse Versa, as recommended by Sasha in my initial consultation). But I went into my first appointment knowing I wanted more than one “dose” (Versa comes in 1.2mL quantities at a time), and there is a little “down time” in between injections so the product can “settle in.” I was originally told by Sasha I could come back for more in as soon as 2 weeks, so I made an appointment with Brandy who is their standard injector and who happened to be back in office by that point. But when I showed up for my secondary appointment, Brandy, in her expertise, knew the product was still settling ever so slightly, and told me to come back in another two weeks, for well explained reasons. So a month after my original injection, I met with Brandy again. She was absolutely fantastic and made my second injection appointment so efficient and painless! I was significantly less sore from my second injections (even though I got the same amount of product both times), not sure if it was because Brandy was able to distribute the product with less “pokes” overall, or if my lips were somewhat adapted to the process by that point. She educated me on what she was doing, as she was doing it, and specifically paused to let me see the effects as she was administering the injections so I could see the differences and how she was building the volume I wanted. She takes great pride in her work and making her patients feel great in whatever new adaptations they’re taking on, without blindly doing what she’s asked. Meaning - she will not let you walk away looking crazy. This is so underrated in the injections world! Everyone usually has a good idea of who/what they want to look like, but since we are all so beautifully individual, someone else’s look doesn’t always translate to our own. Brandy is amazing and I highly recommend her services. She is open, honest, and transparent and truly wants the best for her clients. I will definitely be going back to her for future services!
