58 year old female shown 6 months after a breast augmentation and lift/reduction with 445 cc moderate profile Sientra silicone implants placed in a dual plane position and using Galaflex mesh for support. She had ~ 200 g of breast tissue removed from each breast. She had developed sagging to her breasts after a 70 pound weight loss as well as having 3 kids.
