Blepharoplasty
This patient in her mid 50s was bothered by heavy upper eyelids and a persistently tired look, feeling that excess skin was crowding her eyes.
During the consultation, we discussed how both upper eyelid dermatochalasis (excess skin) and low brow position were contributing to the heaviness. Based on her goals, we focused on an upper eyelid blepharoplasty alone to remove the redundant skin while respecting her natural brow position and overall facial character. This was performed comfortably under local anesthesia.
Her results at 3 weeks show a lighter, more defined upper eyelid contour with improved visible eyelid space. She appears more refreshed while maintaining her natural brow position and overall identity.
