This patient in her late 50s was bothered by heavy upper eyelids, under eye bags, and sun-damaged skin that made her look tired.

During the consultation, we discussed how upper eyelid dermatochalasis (excess skin), lower eyelid fat herniation, and tear trough volume loss were all contributing to her appearance. Fat transfer was used to create a smoother lid-cheek transition. Full face CO2 laser resurfacing was performed to address fine lines, pigmentation, and overall skin quality.

Her results show brighter, more defined eyes with smoother under eye contours and improved skin texture, while maintaining a natural, recognizable appearance.
