This patient in her late 40s was bothered by heavy upper eyelids that made her eyes look tired and less defined.

During the consultation, we discussed how upper eyelid dermatochalasis (excess skin) was contributing to the heaviness and partially obscuring her natural eyelid crease. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty under local anesthesia was performed to remove the excess skin and restore a cleaner eyelid contour while preserving her natural anatomy.

Her results show improved eyelid definition with increased pretarsal show and a more refreshed appearance, while maintaining her natural asymmetry and overall facial character.
