This patient in her mid 30s was bothered by heavy upper eyelids and a tired appearance.

During the consultation, we discussed how upper eyelid dermatochalasis (excess skin) was obscuring her natural crease and limiting pretarsal show. We focused on a conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty. This approach allows for improvement in eyelid definition without altering her natural anatomy or expression.

Her results show a cleaner, more defined upper eyelid contour with improved crease visibility and symmetry. She looks more refreshed while still maintaining her natural features.
