This patient in her 60s was bothered by loss of jawline definition, neck laxity, and a heavier lower face.
During the consultation, we discussed how facial aging in her case was primarily due to descent of the lower face and neck along with volume loss in the midface. She preferred not to change her eyes or brow position, so the plan focused on the lower two-thirds of the face. A deep plane facelift and neck lift were performed to reposition the underlying tissues and redefine the jawline, while fat grafting restored subtle volume to improve facial balance without adding fullness.
Her results show a more sculpted jawline and smoother neck contour with improved facial proportions, while preserving her natural features and overall expression.
