This 50’s year old patient presented with global facial aging, jowling, including loss of midface volume, brow descent, eyelid heaviness, and neck laxity.

An extended preservation deep plane facelift and neck lift were performed to restore structural support and redefine the jawline and neck while maintaining natural facial movement. A brow reset elevated and repositioned the scalp to a more balanced position. Upper and lower blepharoplasty addressed excess skin and under-eye changes, and fat transfer was used to restore volume to the midface and periorbital areas.

Her results here at just 3 weeks demonstrate comprehensive facial rejuvenation with improved contour, restored volume, and a more refreshed, natural appearance without looking overcorrected.
