60 year old female shown 4 months s/p an upper body lift (breast augmentation and lift with 310 cc low profile Motiva ergonomix implants placed in a subfascial location with Ovitex mesh, extended arm lift, and bra line lift). She had lost between 80-90 lbs and did not like the sagging and loose skin.
