The Restylane Procedure

Restylane treatment typically takes about 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the number of areas being treated and the specific product being used. If desired, a numbing cream may be applied, but thanks to Dr. Setty’s expertise, there tends to be little to no discomfort. The injections are administered using fine-gauge needles and are followed by a gentle massage to ensure proper placement. The technique remains consistent across different Restylane formulations, with the areas of injection varying depending on individual concerns and cosmetic visions.

What Should I Expect after My Restylane Treatment?

Following the treatment, some redness or swelling at the injection sites may occur, typically resolving within a day. In some cases, bruising might be concealed with cosmetics, and it's recommended to avoid strenuous activities for a day. Most patients see visible changes immediately post-procedure, but the final results take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to fully manifest.
