Breast Augmentation Gallery Patient 224037
53 year old female who did not like the size of her breasts. She had a significant chest wall issue with a prominent chest bone and her breasts falling to the side. I performed a breast augmentation with Sientra high profile silicone implants (470 cc on the R and 440 cc on the L) through an inframammary crease incision placed in a dual plane position and used Galaflex mesh as an internal bra to help support laterally to keep the implants in a good position. She is shown 2 years after the procedure with a stable result.
