53 year old female shown 3 years after a bilateral breast augmentation with Natrelle cohesive silicone implants placed in a dual plane position through an inframammary crease incision. Due to chest wall asymmetry, she had 415 cc high profile implants on the left and 445 cc extra high profile implants on the right.
