This is a 39 y/o female who was not happy with the appearance of her body after having kids. She was having difficulty exercising and wanted better contour. She underwent a breast lift and had fat transfer for augmentation instead of implants. She had 200 cc of fat placed to her right breast and 300 cc of fat to her left breast. She also underwent an extended tummy tuck with liposuction of her abdomen and flanks. She also had a muscle repair. She is shown 7 months after surgery.
