This is a 42 y/o female who was interested in a more subtle breast augmentation. She opted for shaped or anatomic gummy bear silicone implants. The Natrelle 410 implants were chosen. The implants were 310 cc and moderate profile that were placed through an inframammary incision. They were placed in a dual plane position. She also had a nipple reduction done at the same time. She went from a B cup to a C cup and was very happy with the natural results.
