This is a 42 y/o female who came in to increase her breast size. She is an athletic person and wanted an outcome that would not interfere with her physical activities but also would look natural. She opted for silicone implants due to the natural feel. Extra high projection implants were chosen due to her narrow frame. The implants were placed under the muscle to help create a more natural look since she did not have very much of her own breast tissue. She is very excited about her results!
