This patient in his mid-50s was bothered by heavy upper eyelids, under-eye bags, and eyes that appeared tired even when well rested.
During the consultation, we discussed that excess eyelid skin was only part of the problem. He also had ptosis, or drooping of the eyelid opening itself, which can make the eyes look smaller and more fatigued. Simply removing skin would not have fully addressed his concerns. For that reason, we combined upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with ptosis repair to improve both eyelid contour and eye opening.
His results show a more rested, alert appearance with improved upper eyelid definition, reduced lower eyelid fullness, and better visibility of the eyes. The outcome remains natural and masculine, helping him look refreshed without appearing surgically altered.
