This patient in her 30s was bothered by a subtle heaviness of the upper eyelids that made her eyes look less defined, especially in photos and at the end of the day.
During the consultation, we discussed how even a small amount of excess upper eyelid skin (early dermatochalasis) can soften the natural crease and slightly narrow the visible eyelid platform. She wanted a very natural change and was clear that she did not want to look different—just a cleaner, more defined eye shape. Given her anatomy and goals, a conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed under local anesthesia, focusing on restoring the natural contour without overcorrection.
Her results show a more crisp upper eyelid crease and improved definition of the eyes, with a subtle enhancement that keeps her overall look completely unchanged.
